Hi George. The parking for Poysers Pond is situated between Grimshaws Lake and Olvers Lake. If you park your vehicle on this car park you only have a very short walk to Poysers, this is a very flat grassed area so not difficult to walk with your tackle to the pond. Hope this helps George. Regards Ian

Hi George. Yes be nice when the ground firms up a bit, fed up with all this rain now. Poysers has been fishing really well throughout the winter months with good catches of Roach / Bream and Carp coming out, this will only get better as things start to warm up “hopefully”. Let me know how you get on when you try Poysers, think you’ll enjoy it as its a great little fishery. Ian

One thing to remember when you do park up in the car park, is to park at an angle. I didn’t realise this until I parked right in front of the sign that you can hardly read on the wire fence. Sorry guys.
Maybe we could get a new clearer sign put up if it is paramount that we do have to park at an angle. Just an observation.

Hi Andy. Yes there will be a new sign erected indicating the Herring-bone parking. This system of parking has worked really well over the past season. Ian
