Fished up the far end where it goes very narrow twice in the space of a few days, Monday had a bunch of small Rudd and perch, but tonight seemed a bit more tough, no where near as many bites, penny, my partner had 2 perch and a small skimmer , I had a perch about 8-10 oz, then last cast of evening a bream weighing in at exactly 5ib went off like a bat out of hell , fortunately not into the sunken branches close by, certainly tested my pole elastic, thought it was a tench!
