Where dose it say you can’t take rigs out in a bait boat mate? I thought you just couldn’t take them out in a dingy?

Yes it is. I own a bait boat and respect the rules. But there’s always the one who will see a fish in someone else’s swim and send over the boat with a rig. Which spoils it for everyone else

But in that case punish the angler in question not the people who follow the rules

Yeah true or put the yards your allowed to cast out to in each swim like some fisheries

Some lakes now have a map of the lake and your zone marked out for each swim. This could be on and A4 piece of paper that comes with everyone’s membership book.

I do agree though a minority ruin it for everyone els. And take the Micky taking rigs out into other people water.

There are lakes with swims mapped out but it doesn’t stop the inconsiderate ones in the slightest. There will always be those who think they can push boundaries and go where the hell they want.
The best way, I think, is to ban the use of boats completely to stop arguing.

If you think someone is creeping into your swim/area go and speak to them if they disagree ring a bailiff and they will come and sort it,that’s what they are there for.maps are all well and good but a map from above looks totally different when your stood on the peg.
