Hi I fish grimshaws quite regular biggest I’ve had is 16lb 1oz

Think it’s a matter finding the fish first, maybe a quiet walk round may help. Always plenty of fish patrolling the Nature Resurve bank. Would suggest a different bait for change, what about some of the old fashioned bait, Lob-Worm / Luncheon meat or even Maize or Bread..!! There are some beautiful fish showing in Grimshaws Lake, find your spot and stay quiet. Hope some of this works o/k, ian

Thanks mate just fancied a change from grimshaws and thought it looked a nice little lake to spend a few hours over the winter months,do you fish the one with the match pegs or the smaller one with the little islands?
