    Wow, nice one Steve, would of loved to of seen that one, never mind about a slab, more like a 4 by 2 at that weight!!

    Was the largest bream I’ve had for sure. It looked a little battered on one side though. Not what I’m fishing for but it’s a fish at the end of the day, took me 3 nights to get that! Caught from the peg after the point towards cats corner.

    So it’s true, there is some big bream in there…..never had one yet, nor a tench. I have had a pike on chod though on the retrieve 🙂 proper nackered my rig too..

    Largest Bream recorded was at 19Ib-10oz caught from the back bank next to the Flood Bank adjacent Olvers Lake. This fish came out 3 x years ago. Ian
