Well I managed another night last week, and in the evening had a 27lb’er on zig then noticed the fish hod gone down deep so moved all rods to bottom. Resulted in a new PB Mirror again @ 30lb 6oz ๐Ÿ™‚

Had a total of 10 fish and lost 4, what a great session.

That would make a great advert for the club Alan. Well done.
If only the waiting list wasn’t so long

    Thanks Stinger (y)

Worth waiting for though matey, been walking round Pride and Olvers on the odd occasion for the last 5 years. Wondering what it would be like to fish these waters, now I know it’s awesome ๐Ÿ™‚ beating my mirror PB twice in two sessions.
Looking forward to the next session now, only thing is work gets in the way ๐Ÿ™

Lol, work and the weather. I’ve not been able to go fishing as much as I like too.
My son works at Pride Park and at stupid times, which messes my day up totally.
I’m now down to a couple of hours as and when I can, and seeing as Grimshaws is always booked up, I have to try my hand on the river most days.
I know there’s some good fish in Grimshaws, but I can never get there early enough to find a decent peg Lol
I’m happy enough just looking at your catches matey
